Low-Level Cancer Protocols

Low-Level Cancers

Low-level cancers, such as grade 1 or stage 0-1 cancers, are considered the least aggressive and most treatable forms of cancer. These cancers exhibit minimal abnormality in their cells, limited growth, and no evidence of spreading to nearby tissues, lymph nodes, or distant organs.

Below is the basic protocol that can be adjusted to suit individual circumstances. The key components of the protocol are Ivermectin and Fenbendazole/Mebendazole, which are considered essential. The supplements and diet, while considered important, are not the primary treatments in the protocol.

Repurposed Drugs:

Ivermectin: 0.5-0.7mg/kg (7 days per week):

  • Take with a fatty meal for better absorption, the time of day doesn't matter but try and take at the same time each day.

Fenbendazole: 222-250mg (6 days per week) or Mebendazole: 200-250mg/day (6 days per week)

  • Taken with a fatty meal for better absorption, the time of day doesn't matter but try and take it at the same time each day.

Primary Supplements:

Vitamin D: Dose of 50,000 IU/day for patients with a blood level ≤ 30ng/mL; 50,000 IU/every other day for levels 30-60ng/mL; and 50,000 IU/1 day per week for -- - levels 60-80ng/mL. It is necessary to reach 80-100ng/ml. Once this level is reached it must be maintained with a reduced daily dosage of ≈ 2000 IU/day. The vitamin D blood concentration should be measured every two weeks for high doses and monthly for lower doses. (Take with fatty meal)

Zinc: Dose of 1 mg/kg/day. The reference range for serum zinc concentration is 80 to 120 μg/dL. Once this level is reached it must be maintained with a reduced daily dosage of 5mg/day. The zinc blood concentration should be measured monthly. (take with food)

Bio-Available Curcumin: 500-600mg/day. Needs to be 95% curcuminoids or 95% curcumin C3 complex (usually with piperine for bioavailability). If suffering from a lot of inflammation or pain you can increase up to 1500mg/day split into 2-3 doses. (Take with a fatty meal)

Omega 3: 2000-4000mg/day. Look for Omega 3 high in EPA and DHA. Note: Omega-3 fatty acids may increase the risk of bleeding and should be used cautiously in patients on anticoagulants.

Berberine (Optional): 1000-1500mg/day. Take 500 mg two or three times daily or 600 mg twice daily. Note: Please read the section on Berberine to make sure it is not contraindicated.

Supporting Supplements:

Magnesium Glycinate: 400mg/day (Take with food for better absorption and less stress on the GI)

Vitamin K2: 200mcg/day - While there is some evidence of anti-tumor effects it is necessary to take with Vitamin D3. (Take with a fatty meal for best absorption)

Milk Thistle: 400-1500mg/day for liver support, see the Milk Thistle page for more information. (Best taken when with food)

Dietary Interventions:

Ketogenic Diet: While not necessary for low-level cancer protocols, achieving a state of clinical ketosis with a GKI value below 2 is recommended for maximum results. This helps to starve the cancer cells and induce optimal cancer cell death. Note: It is important to emphasize that there is no single “magic bullet”; rather, multiple interventions work synergistically and simultaneously to promote cancer cell death.

Important Notes:
  • For those living in countries that allow CBD oil, I would consider adding CBD oil at 20-50mg/day. (please read the CBD section for more details)

  • It is recommended to monitor liver and kidney function regularly when using Fenbendazole/Mebendazole.

  • No long-term side effects have been reported at these doses.

  • This is a general sample protocol that should work well for most individuals with low-level cancers. For more personalized information or customization, consultations are available for a fee.
