High-Level Cancer Protocols
High-Level Cancer
High-level cancers, such as grade 3-4 or stage 4, are advanced malignancies characterized by aggressive growth and the potential to metastasize to distant organs and tissues via the blood or lymphatic system including mRNA Turbo Cancers. This category also includes lower-grade cancers that have progressed to an aggressive state with extensive metastatic disease. These cancers are often poorly differentiated, meaning the cells appear and function abnormally, contributing to rapid progression. Given their widespread nature, a swift response with aggressive, high-dose treatment is crucial to slow their progression and manage the disease effectively.
Below is the basic protocol that can be adjusted to suit individual circumstances. The key components of the protocol are Ivermectin and Fenbendazole/Mebendazole, which are considered essential. The supplements and diet, while considered very important, are not the primary treatments in the protocol.
Repurposed Drugs:
Ivermectin High Dose: 2.0mg/kg (7 days per week):
Take it with a fatty meal for better absorption, the time of day doesn't matter but try and take it at the same time each day
To avoid possible short-term visual disturbances I recommend starting at 1mg/kg and working up to 2kg/kg over a 4-6 week period. You want to increase as rapidly as possible but back off a little if experiencing visual disturbances. (Back off the prior dose for 1 week and then try and increase it again)
This dose is best for aggressive to very aggressive cancers that have not spread to extensively yet.
No long-term side effects were reported.
Ivermectin Very High Dose: 2.5mg/kg (7 days per week):
This dose is best for Very aggressive cancers with extensive metastatic disease and a very poor prognosis.
Follow the same recommendations above but try and be more aggressive with increasing the dose.
Possible short-term and transient visual side effects with no long-term side effects reported.
Fenbendazole High Dose: 10mg/kg/day (6 days per week) or Mebendazole: 10mg/kg/day (6 days per week)
Taken with a fatty meal for better absorption, the time of day doesn't matter but try and take at the same time each day.
If using 222mg capsules get as close to 10mg/kg/day as you can (eg. 60kg person = 600mg/day so take 3x222mg=666mg/day)
If using powder you can buy a small scale to measure the exact dose.
if the dose reaches 888mg/day it is best to split the dose in 2 and take 1/2 in the AM and half in the PM.
For Fenbendazole start with 444mg-500mg/day for a week and then increase the dose.
For Mebendazole tablets get as close to 10mg/kg/day. If the dose is over 800mg split in 2 as above.
For Mebendazole start at 400mg-500mg/day for a week and then increase the dose.
Fenbendazole Very High Dose: 13-16mg/kg/day (6 days per week) or Mebendazole: 13-16mg/kg/day (6 days per week)
For Fenbendazole the dose should be in the 888mg-1500mg/day range depending on weight.
For Mebendazole the dose should be in the 1000mg-1500mg/day range depending on weight.
Primary Supplements:
Vitamin D: Dose of 50,000 IU/day for patients with a blood level ≤ 30ng/mL; 50,000 IU/every other day for levels 30-60ng/mL; and 50,000 IU/1 day per week for -- - levels 60-80ng/mL. It is necessary to reach 80-100ng/ml. Once this level is reached it must be maintained with a reduced daily dosage of ≈ 2000 IU/day. The vitamin D blood concentration should be measured every two weeks for high doses and monthly for lower doses. (Take with fatty meal)
Zinc: Dose of 1 mg/kg/day. The reference range for serum zinc concentration is 80 to 120 μg/dL. Once this level is reached it must be maintained with a reduced daily dosage of 5mg/day. The zinc blood concentration should be measured monthly. (take with food)
Bio-Available Curcumin: 500-600mg/day. Needs to be 95% curcuminoids or 95% curcumin C3 complex (usually with piperine for bioavailability). If suffering from a lot of inflammation or pain you can increase up to 1500mg/day split into 2-3 doses. (Take with a fatty meal)
Omega 3: 2000-4000mg/day. Look for Omega 3 high in EPA and DHA. Note: Omega-3 fatty acids may increase the risk of bleeding and should be used cautiously in patients on anticoagulants.
Vitamin C Infusion (Optional): 1.5g/kg/day, 2-3x per week (Used as an oxidant, not an anti-oxidant - See Vitamin C page for more info.
Berberine (Optional): 1000-1500mg/day. Take 500 mg two or three times daily or 600 mg twice daily. Note: Please read the section on Berberine to make sure it is not contraindicated.
Supporting Supplements:
Magnesium Glycinate: 400mg/day (Take with food for better absorption and less stress on the GI)
Vitamin K2: 200mcg/day - While there is some evidence of anti-tumor effects it is necessary to take with Vitamin D3. (Take with a fatty meal for best absorption)
Milk Thistle: 400-1500mg/day for liver support, see the Milk Thistle page for more information. (Best taken when with food)
Dietary Interventions:
Ketogenic Diet: Following a ketogenic diet is recommended for the high-level cancer protocol. Achieving a state of clinical ketosis with a GKI value below 2 is essential for optimal results. This diet aids in starving cancer cells and promoting maximum cancer cell death. Note: It is important to emphasize that there is no single “magic bullet”; rather, multiple interventions work synergistically and simultaneously to promote cancer cell death.
Important Notes:
For those living in countries that allow CBD oil, I would consider adding CBD oil at 20-50mg/day. (please read the CBD section for more details)
It is recommended to monitor liver and kidney function regularly when using Fenbendazole/Mebendazole.
No long-term side effects have been reported at these doses.
These are general sample protocols that should work well for most individuals with High-level cancers. For more personalized information or customization, consultations are available for a fee.
